We cater all types of events, from small business lunches to large formal gatherings, and everything in between. Whatever the size or type of your event, we pride ourselves on serving authentic, delicious New Orleans Creole food and providing a level of service that will impress all of your guests. We serve many great vegetarian and gluten free dishes.
Prices differ depending on the exact items ordered and the number of guests being served. Price ranges by category are stated below, but every event is unique so they should be used as a general guide. Service Options
Lunch Box and Drop-off Service
We have a core menu of items that work well for lunch box/drop-off service. We can prepare all of these items in individually pre-packaged containers so that your guests can simply pick up a box-style meal or in larger serving containers that you can easily set out on a table so that guests can serve themselves whichever menu items they like. All utensils, serving containers sauces and napkins are provided. Prices generally range from $17 to $23 per person, depending on the specific items and quantity of items desired.
Our most popular box-style lunches are Jambalaya, red beans and rice with chicken sausage and hush puppies (vegetarian) and muffaletta sandwiches served with a side green salad, hush puppies, and banana and vanilla wafer pudding. Other customer favorites are dirty rice, gumbo, catfish po' boys and plantains and rice.

Our buffet/display service includes our staff setting up buffet or individual food stations and assisting your guests with food service. With this service, all food items are refilled and attended to by our staff for the duration of your event. Prices generally range from $24 to $35 per person, depending on the specific items and quantity of items desired.

Depending on the length and formality of your event, we can provide everything from butler style or table served hors d'oeuvres, larger appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts without your guests ever leaving their tables. Prices generally range from $30 to $60 per person, depending on menu items desired and number of staff required to serve your event.

Prices range from $25 to $40 per person depending on the menu items desired and the number of staff required to serve your event.

We do not require our customers to choose from pre-determined menus. We will work with each customer to ensure that their menu contains the items that their guests will enjoy the most.
